ROAST VEGETABLE, QUINOA AND TOASTED CHICKPEA SALAD

Filled with quinoa, roasted vegetables, toasted chickpeas and candied walnuts.  Topped with pickled red onions and a green herb tahini and maple dressing served in a bowl on the side to keep the salad fresher for longer.

When ready to serve, pour dressing over the salad and its ready to go!
