Come join us to learn some delicious recipes on how to make some of our most popular raw treats and yummy, nutrient dense salads!  In this workshop, we will demonstrate how to make and assemble quick and easy salad recipes with all their dressings and sauces, as well as making your own raw treats as we guide you through the recipe steps.  Learn to create easy and quick, versatile recipes that make yummy snacks or treats to help keep you fuller for longer, and salads for dinner or easy lunch prep.

All of these recipes are gluten, dairy and refined sugar free as well as vegan friendly.


-Salted Caramel Banoffee Tart with chocolate mousse

-Creamy edamame, kumara, spinach and tamari roasted chickpea salad with basil pesto

-Harissa glazed pumpkin and carrots with creamy miso garlic aioli, green herb sauce and toasted crumbed nuts
