A silky smooth, melt in the mouth vanilla basque cheesecake filling with a chocolate brownie base.  Then topped off with a whipped white chocolate ganache and mascarpone cream with strawberry compote compote swirled through.  Finsihed off with more fresh strawberries and dusting of freeze dried raspberries.
