All orders placed on our website, are subject to our discretion. If we do not accept your order, which is rare, we will let you know why and refund the cancelled order promptly if it has been paid.
The Unbaked Bakery uses secure third-party gateways to process credit card information and does not store or process credit cards itself. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your credit card information is not stated or captured at any time on our website or by us. All prices are in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
All accepted orders are final and we do not accept cancellations, refunds or returns. We send out orders based on that order submitted, so make sure you check your order details and address.
The Unbaked Bakery raw treats last seven days in the fridge or six months in the freezer and are best refrigerated and in a sealed container as soon as collected for best results.
You agree that you are purchasing the products for your personal use only, and not for purposes of trade or business. If you wish to purchase goods for the purposes of trade or business, please contact us.
You authorise us, or our agents, to access, collect, retain and use information about you obtained from your access to this website, (your information), for purposes of: marketing, providing products on our website and contacting you about your order. You shall have the right to request a copy of your information from us, and request that we correct any incorrect information held.
Allow two-three days from ordering for the order to be delivered or picked up from pick up address once the order has been processed.
