Our small delicious lamington cake is the perfect option for a show stopper at an event, celebration or gift!

Two layers of white chocolate mud cake, layered with lush white chocolate cheesecake mousse and raspberry chia jam, covered in chocolate icing and coconut.  Finished off with chocolate chunks, sesonal fresh berries, freeze dried raspberries and the option of pretty florals.
