Our decadent S’mores Cookie dough cake!

Three layers of chocolate mud cake sandwiched together with layers of our cookie dough (made the same our Gf/RSF cookie dough used in our raw treats), caramel and white chocolate cheesecake mousse filling, covered in chocolate buttercream and topped with torched marshmallow.  Finished off with chocolate ganache drip, caramel sauce and baked cookie crumbs.

Gluten free.

6 inch round, will feed approx. 10-15 servings, 20-25 dessert size servings.
