The perfect cake for the chocolate and berry lover's. Three layers of chocolate mud cake with a berry compote, chocolate ganache and white chocolate cheesecake mousse filling, then coated in Berry Italian meringue, chocolate ganache drizzle, chocolate chunks and freeze dried berries to top it off.
All Gluten free.
