Learn to decorate a cake with us and make some yummy raw treats and a smoothie bowl in this Mother’s Day special workshop!  Treat your mum and bring her along to this workshop, or come along yourself to learn and make some delicious treats that can be shared.  A Sticky Date cake that will be baked ready for you all to each have that you will work alongside myself to decorate and assemble.  The cake will be gluten free, as well as the raw treats demonstrated are gluten, dairy and refined sugar free as well as vegan.  From this class, you will walk away with your own fully decorated cake, raw treats and a smoothie to try as well.

WHAT WE ARE MAKING:

-Double layered Sticky Date cake with vanilla and caramel buttercream, butterscotch caramel sauce and flowers

-Blackforest Smoothie bowl with chocolate mousse layer, chocolate nut clusters and coconut yogurt

-Raw Cookie Dough Mousse Slice
