Come join us to learn some delicious recipes on how to make some of our most popular raw treats and a yummy nutrient dense salad!  In this workshop, we will demonstrate how to make and assemble a quick and easy salad recipe, as well as making your own raw treats as we guide you through the recipe steps.  Learn to create easy and quick, versatile recipes that make yummy snacks or treats to help keep you fuller for longer, and salads for dinner or easy lunch prep.

All of these recipes are gluten, dairy and refined sugar free as well as vegan friendly.

WHAT WE ARE MAKING:

-Raw Cookie Dough ‘ice cream’ caramel sandwiches

-Vegetable Pasta Salad with herb and garlic walnut pesto dressing and cashew ricotta cream

-Raw Snickers Peanut butter fudge balls with chocolate topping

-Vermicelli Noodle Slaw with tamari sesame dressing, toasted coconut and roasted peanuts
